Keiran Valn was a Jedi Knight from the planet of Alderaan during the time of the Old Republic. Unfortunately, at a banquet held by his family on Alderaan, Keiran died from a successful poisoning attempt. Keiran's Jedi training was not able to overcome the powerful effects of the deadly poison that overtook his body, and he became one with the Force. The Jedi Council was greatly concerned over the death of one of their members, and the preliminary investigation revealed that the poison used was a compound derived from the aquatic plant, green glie, of Naboo.
